We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity from the Secretariat for the ASEM-DUO Fellowship Programme:
The 6th ASEF Higher Education Innovation Laboratory (ASEFInnoLab6) is now accepting applications!
This year’s theme is:
"Universities’ Role in Developing Skills for an AI-Powered Future"
Participants will explore how universities can respond to emerging skill needs in the era of AI through interdisciplinary collaboration. The program encourages the co-creation of either:
- Micro-Credential Programme Outlines, or
- Academic Papers
Eligibility
- Citizen of any of the 51 ASEM partner countries
- Involved in AI-related teaching, learning, research, or university management
- Excellent command of English (no coding or technical skills required)
Programme Timeline
Online Phase (May–July 2025)
- Self-Learning: 14 May – 04 June
- Team Learning: 11 June – 23 July
Onsite Events (October–December 2025)
- Shanghai, China: 13–17 October
- Manila, Philippines: 03–07 November
- Košice, Slovakia: 01–05 December
Note: Onsite events are hosted in collaboration with Fudan University (China), Pavol Jozef Šafárik University (Slovakia), and De La Salle University (Philippines).
Cost
- Fully funded
- No participation or registration fees
